Joining CFB is easy, but not automatic.
Anyone who decides to participate in the production process
must demonstrate that they share
our founding values, which are summarized below.
Fides
Every CFB member has only one word. A promise is binding forever, and reputation must be unassailable. A CFB product must be delivered on time and within the agreed-upon cost.
Reputation is one and the same.
Pietas
CFB aims to be multiethnic, multicultural, and open to all forms of talent without denying its origins. Each CFB member respects their own culture and that of others, their families, and their loved ones.
Strong roots are the foundation of strong people.
Maiestas
CFB recognizes that it is a more advanced, more equitable, and more just organization, and therefore destined for success. CFB puts People at the center, reclaiming their time and needs.
Financial gain is not the end, but the means.
Virtus
Self-awareness and
organization are the tools you need.
Solutions to problems are always
available; you just have to know how to look for them.
The solution is a mix of what you’ve already done and what you’ve always wanted to do.
Gravitas
Situations can sometimes test our
patience and our ability to control ourselves, but the
true trump card is not to succumb to them. CFB
never loses its temper, it remains a serious company
even in difficult conditions, and each member is
required to exercise strong self-control.
